Carol Pittman, MD, has nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a physician leader in both fee-for-service and value-based care models. She believes healthcare should be patient-centered, physician led and population health focused.
Dr. Pittman most recently joins Alpine from P3 Health Partners where she served as national senior vice president of clinical operations/national vice president of clinical informatics. She’s an internist who served in clinical leadership roles at notable organizations including JSA Healthcare Corporation in St. Petersburg, Florida, and DaVita Medical Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Throughout her career, she’s been focused on the quadruple aim of improving clinical, quality and financial outcomes through strategy, operational and medical management, and clinical leadership development.
Shelly is an accomplished healthcare operations leader with more than 30 years of experience in post-acute and senior care setting, spanning accounts receivable management, business operations and clinical office administration. As a certified professional coder (CPC), she brings deep expertise in coding, third-party reimbursement, managed care and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. Her career has been built on a core conviction that clinicians, facility partners and families deserve the support they need to focus on what matters most: delivering excellent patient care.
Shelly serves as vice president of operations for Rocky Mountain Senior Care, where she previously served as director of operations, overseeing business operations, revenue operations, compliance and coding. Before joining Rocky Mountain Senior Care, she spent 15 years at Senior Care of Colorado/IPC in progressively senior operations and compliance leadership roles and managed physician billing across 34 clinics nationwide at GeriMed of America.
Shelly earned her Bachelor of Science in health care administration, with a minor in gerontology, from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Faiza is a healthcare executive with more than 15 years of experience driving growth, integration and operational transformation across complex healthcare organizations. Her approach centers on aligning clinical and operational priorities while building the infrastructure needed to scale and sustain performance.
Faiza serves as vice president of growth & strategy for Rocky Mountain Senior Care, where she leads growth strategy, business development and strategic partnerships focused on expanding the organization’s post-acute footprint and strengthening relationships across the senior care continuum. She also serves as vice president of central operations for Alpine Physician Partners, overseeing market operations across Colorado and South Texas and leading enterprise-wide operational initiatives.
Prior to Alpine, Faiza served as chief of staff for Envision Medical Group, partnering with the president and chief operating officer on strategic execution and transformation across a $7.8 billion, 30-state medical group. Previously, she was a managing consultant in performance Improvement at Berkeley Research Group, where she led multimillion-dollar engagements for academic health systems and integrated delivery networks. Earlier in her career, she directed system integration for Hartford HealthCare’s Heart & Vascular and Cancer Institutes and led clinical operations and physician business development during the startup and scaling of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a 364-bed hospital. Faiza holds a Master of Health Services Administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Baylor University. She has also completed executive education at the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Negotiation and Leadership Certificate from Harvard Law School.
